We have privileges to operate and deliver at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix (1111 E McDowell Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85006) and St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center (350 W. Thomas Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85013). Services rendered include:

• Prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care for normal and high risk pregnancies
